Salary: $55,000-$75,000 / Yearly	Location: Birmingham, AL
Type: Full-Time

Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers of wood panel products and laminate flooring. This position is at their state-of-the-art facility which produces medium- and high-density fiberboard. This facility is the first stage of a large complex that will eventually produce a range of products.

The position will bear responsibility for four boilers and a staff of four employees.

Experience and requirements:
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong mechanical background in a manufacturing environment with an excellent understanding of the energy production and boiler operations.

NOTE: Experience with wood-fired boilers and environmental issues will be considered a strong plus!

- Must possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate success in a leadership role.

- Must be excited to play a key role in a new plant for a very innovative and financially strong organization.
